*Husband EWI in 1988 as a minor, sent to a social services place for people under 18
*Husband has to leave social services place after 10 days to make room for other people coming into facility (facility rules)
*Husband leaves to another state for work
*Husband is supposed to go to court but never receives letter, it is sent to social services place
*Husband is apprehended in 1994 and is told he has an order of deportation ordered in absentia
*Husband sent back to his home country in 1994
*Husband EWI in 1994 for a second time
*Husband and I meet in 1994
*Husband and I have a child together in Feb. 2001
*Husband and I are married in April 2001
*We attempt to AOS; file for EAD, SS and AOS in April 2001
*Husband apprehended in 2006
*Filed for 1-601 & I-212 and are currently waiting
